Hypnosis is a meditative state of deep relaxation promoting focused attention and heightened suggestibility. The individual is safely guided by a trained specialist into a relaxed state, where they experience a shift in brain frequencies and altered states of consciousness. When we move into lower brainwave states, we can bypass critical thinking and access deeper mental processes.
Hypnosis is a proven way to help rewire the brain to affect change in your life through your subconscious. During Hypnosis, brainwave patterns shift resulting in a transition from normal states of awareness to altered states of consciousness, which enhances the individuals ability to be more receptive to suggestions and guidance. From this state of expanded consciousness, we have the ability to tap into our inner wisdom and can facilitate change in thoughts, feelings, behaviors & habits.
Being in Hypnosis feels like a state of deep relaxation with a heightened sense of awareness. Sensations may vary but some experience a dream-like state, while others feel more alert and clear-headed. While in Hypnosis, you can respond to suggestions or questions allowing us to interact freely with each other while your body remains relaxed and your mind is aware throughout the entire session.
Most people can experience some level of Hypnosis. Individual susceptibility varies based on factors such as the ability to focus, openness to suggestion, and previous experiences with Hypnosis. If you don’t want to be hypnotized, you can’t and won’t be. Some may find it easier to enter a Hypnotic state, while others may need more practice. Think of Hypnosis as training a muscle, the more you practice entering a Hypnotic state, the easier it can become to achieve deeper levels of relaxation and focus.

No, it's important to understand that Hypnosis is not mind control; individuals remain aware and in control of their actions at all times.
No, it is not possible to get stuck in Hypnosis because you are aware and in control of yourself during the entire session. You can voluntarily come out of Hypnosis at any time and return to your normal state of awareness.
Virtual Hypnosis is just as effective as in-person sessions as it allows the client to be in their own comfortable environment, which can enhance relaxation & receptiveness to the process. The effectiveness of hypnosis largely depends on the individuals ability to relax and focus. You'll need a tablet, laptop, or desktop with a webcam and a reliable internet connection is required in a distraction-free environment. You'll also need to be able to sit or lie down comfortably throughout your entire session. Sessions may be recorded at your request via Zoom and sent to you upon conclusion of our session.
It's important to understand that Hypnosis is distinct from therapy or counseling. While some experiences during Hypnosis may feel similar to therapeutic processes, Hypnosis is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. The provided Hypnosis services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions. If you are experiencing a medical or psychological condition, you should seek help from an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
No, you don't need to believe in past lives or reincarnation to benefit from a Past Life Regression. Since Hypnosis is a deep meditative state, it does not require any spiritual beliefs. If you allow yourself to have an open mind, it can be an awakening and transformative experience. The benefits of a PLR are invaluable as it can provide insight into repeated life patterns or challenges, significant relationships, recurring dreams, etc. The process of accessing past life memories can help an individual gain a deeper understanding of karmic lessons that may be impacting the current life, and how to apply those lessons to the present.
If you are seeking a Past Life Regression session and you've never been hypnotized, it would be helpful to have at least one Exploratory Hypnosis session with me prior to scheduling the PLR session. This allows you to gain some experience with what Hypnosis feels like. If you're familiar with meditation and are comfortable with your own internal sense of intuition, it may not be necessary for you to schedule a Exploratory Hypnosis session prior to the PLR session. Think of Hypnosis as training a muscle, the more you practice entering a Hypnotic state, the easier it can become to achieve deeper levels of relaxation and focus. I strongly suggest practicing with Hypnosis videos on YouTube prior to your PLR session.
